The CARLISLE ETCETERA Boutique Stylists at The Plaza at Preston Center are trained, in effect, to become wardrobe specialists who customize a wardrobe tailored to reflect and enhance the client’s own best image.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Dallas Boutique is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate who is highly motivated, outstanding in customer service and has a sense of style of the modern woman. While creating a luxury brand experience for our clients and working to develop a personal clientele, this individual will also work to assist the management in all aspects of the store.

EXPECTATIONS

• Develop client relationships through outreach, follow up and networking methods to meet and exceed sales goals.·
• Support proposed in store events to develop business and client database.
• Liase with independent Carlisle Etcetera stylists on appointments and events.
• Participate in operational duties and inventory management procedures including, but not limited to, processing shipments/transfers and client orders.
• Daily boutique maintenance including housekeeping duties.
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED

• High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree Preferred ·
• 2+ years retail experience, luxury retail preferred ·
• Ability to thrive and multi-task and meet varying priorities as well as successfully manage day to day tasks ·
• Strong communication, computer skills/Point of Sale skills ·
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including Saturdays and holidays/evening when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
