• 
  Leading with Ambition – As an enthusiastic manager and a team player, you’ll be challenged with meeting and beating the annual warehouse budget. We know you can do it!
• Acting as All-Around MVP – Lead all inbound and outbound activities, warehouse, internal movements of products, shipping, and transportation activities every day—plus overseeing the team that supports your success.
• Driving Successful Metrics – Manage all associated costs within the warehouse, creating the budget, reporting out on gaps, developing plans to close them, on-time loading, inventory management and more.
• Championing our Culture – Embrace and drive our culture across all aspects of warehouse management. After all, outstanding food and safety are top priorities for Kellogg Company!

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• HS diploma/GED with strong with significant and relevant experience
• Previous warehouse management experience
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage people
• Effective communication (both written and verbal)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
