As a Logistics Supervisor in our Cary Plant, you’ll use your top – notch warehouse and distribution skills to manage the warehouse that makes our delicious Cheez-It brand. Your pride in keeping our inventory up to snuff along with a forward- looking approach to leadership will help you take our warehouse-and your career-to the next level.

Leading with Ambition – As an enthusiastic manager and a team player, you’ll be challenged with meeting and beating the annual warehouse budget. We know you can do it!- Acting as All-Around MVP – Lead all inbound and outbound activities, warehouse, internal movements of products, shipping, and transportation activities every day—plus overseeing the team that supports your success.
- Driving Successful Metrics – Manage all associated costs within the warehouse, creating the budget, reporting out on gaps, developing plans to close them, on-time loading, inventory management and more.
- Championing our Culture – Embrace and drive our culture across all aspects of warehouse management. After all, outstanding food and safety are top priorities for Kellogg Company!
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- HS diploma/GED with strong with significant and relevant experience
- Previous warehouse management experience
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage people
- Effective communication (both written and verbal)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
