This is an opportunity to partner with the Owner/Operator to learn the business, learn leadership, grow the brand, and grow professionally with an industry leading brand. This role is a hands on leadership role that gives you the opportunity to lead a team and direct shift operations to maintain our quality standards for hospitality.

Many Restaurant leaders begin as team members or leaders in the restaurant and this could be great opportunity to begin a career with Chick-fil-a leading to corporate positions or even restaurant ownership. You will learn practical business, personal, and organizational leadership.

Role

The Leader in Training Position begins as a team member learning the business and building relationships with the team quickly. Our current leadership will assess your development and partner with you as you pace towards a shift leader position in the restaurant.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

In order to fulfill this role, the Leader in Training needs to

Position Type: Part-time or Full-time

Rate: FT $15-$16

• Schedule: Must have weekend availability. Must be available to open or close twice a week.

• Must have Friday and Saturday availability
• Must be available to open or close 2 days per week
