Lead Prov Network Coord Job at Sandhills Center
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Greensboro
Salary Hiring Range: $ 41,220 - $42,708
Sandhills Center is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO)
serving individual in eleven counties in central North Carolina. We have a robust
network of providers who offer treatment and support services for mental health,
intellectual/developmental disabilities and substance use disorders.
Duties:
- This position acts as the internal primary point person for the Provider Help
Desk (PHD) as well as supporting Network Providers in navigating Sandhills
Center’s processes through the Sandhills Center provider phone line and
ticketing system.
- Assists the Network Operations Manager in development of reports that
includes identifying and tracking trends for PHD;
- Performs provider-specific research and correspondence as it relates to the
Network Operations Department and the growth of the Provider Network.
Additionally, the position involves composing general documents and
correspondence to providers and internal departments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of
knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least three years of office
assistant/secretarial experience.
- Or completion of a two-year secretarial science or business administration
program with one year of experience as described above; or an equivalent
combination of training and experience.
