Job Purpose:
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life”
- Responsible for the day to day operations of a Lawn Care Service Route
- Applies appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations
- Diagnoses and corrects lawn and landscaping problems for customers, ensuring that the highest standards are met
- Fulfills orders and completes daily route schedule, sales and procedural paperwork
- Educates and sells current and prospective customers on lawn care services and total home protection
- Partners with internal groups such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary customer service
- Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.

Qualifications:
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
