Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, Cohen & Peterfriend is an Insurance Defense Litigation trial practice. Our team of 150+ litigators reside in eleven offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Ft. Myers, Stuart, Key West and the Accounting Department in Sunrise.
We are currently seeking a reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our accounts payable department.
Responsibilities
Creates and enters new vendors in QuickBooks
Organizes, analyzes and sorts new invoices for processing from external and internal vendors
Enters new invoices or costs related employee reimbursements into QuickBooks
Works in conjunction with paralegals obtaining approval of invoices
Runs reports regarding pre-approved invoices and log into spreadsheets, along with exporting and formatting
Reconciles vendor statements, in addition to communicating with vendors and service providers to ensure accuracy of all organizational invoices, requesting modification and clarification as required
Maintains, updates and enters W-9s
Other duties as assigned
