Landscape Foreman Expectations:

• You have the ability to work independently and/or lead a team
• You’ll need to possess great communication skills
• You’ll be attending weekly staff meetings to review production and help the team troubleshoot issues, plan for potential issues, hold the team accountable, celebrate great performance, etc.
• You’ll need to uphold company standards and values
• You’ll work with clients to achieve their desired results
• You’ll continue growing by continuing education
• You’ll be responsible for spot checking properties for quality and address any issues that arise
• You’ll assist in other company divisions when needed
• You’ll be part of the snow removal team
• You’ll be working outside in all climates and conditions
• Ability to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis
• Comprehend project designs from start to finish
