Millburn Lawn and Landscape is looking for an experienced, qualified, hard-working individual who is excited about being a part of a fast-growing company. We are currently looking for an individual to be a part of our team as a Landscape Estimator/Salesperson/Project Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive sales and management experience. They will have a vast knowledge of the landscape world. We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented and thrives in fast paced work environment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years working as a project manager.

· Minimum of 5 years working in the landscape, construction or related industries.

· Knowledge in installation of hardscape and landscape projects and related trades.

· Associates degree (preferably in construction management or Green Industry)

· Ability to use computer programs, handheld devices and process paperwork.

· Ability to read landscape plans, and operate equipment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish a major plus!

· Valid driver’s license- clean driving and criminal record insurable on company plan.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

· Planning and scheduling landscape job

· Bidding landscape jobs

· Managing/directing crew leads and foreman

· Job site panning and phasing to get jobs done timely and correctly

· Bring in landscaping jobs

Salary: $50,000/yr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
