Landscape Crew Member

R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985. We are seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for the landscape industry to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients. We have several openings in our landscape construction division and our landscape maintenance division for dedicated individuals who are looking for career opportunities! These positions report out of our Plymouth MA location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under the direction of a crew leader and with a dedicated team to achieve daily production goals
• Assist with the installation and care of plant materials, grading, mulching, etc.
• Ensure properties and sites are kept clean and tidy and free of plant debris

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for candidates who are hard-working, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a career in landscape
• Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
• Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate
• Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently
• More senior positions require experience and licensing to drive and operate a crew truck and landscape equipment

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT PACKAGE:

• $17.00 - $25.00/hour (rate is dependent on experience, licenses, and qualifications)
