Paragon is looking for self-motivated, dependable and team oriented individuals who have a passion for the industry and desire personal and professional growth. This is a full time field position for a site construction supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of elevations, grading and layout
- Knowledge of hardscape/masonry practices
- Knowledge of landscape practices
- Ability to operate excavators, skid steers and construction equipment
- Ability to manage and assign duties to crew members
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and execute
- Quality control of project site and attention to detail and layout
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in landscape practices
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and in a high performance environment
- Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative to execute duties
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
