Balanced Environments Inc. is looking for a mechanic who is energetic, upbeat with a positive attitude. Someone capable of seeking out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• · Use His/Her knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our teams.
• · Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• · Complete full, accurate, and honest inspections.
• · Work as part of a team to troubleshoot concerns quickly and effectively.
• · Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• · Work closely with and effectively communicate concerns to management.
• · Work together with fellow team members to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
• Qualifications:
• · Positive attitude and a desire to work to solve problems.
• · 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• · ASE Certifications preferred, not required.
• · Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• · Meet or exceed hourly goals - ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• · Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• · Professional appearance and strong communication. Bi-lingual helpful, not required. (Spanish/English)
• · A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

• · Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• · Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• · Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• · Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• · Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• · Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• · Efficiently navigate a computer

· Pay:

· Hourly rate based on Skill/Experience Level (Overtime time & one half after 40 hrs.)
