We are seeking a qualified Land Representative to work within our Pipeline Services Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is looking to be a part of a stable, well-established company. Once training is complete, you will eligible to work remotely 2 days/week.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $40.00-$45.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with surface owners, local governmental officials and agencies.
• Negotiates terms and drafts surface agreements, including surface use agreements, pipeline rights-of-way, easements and pipeline maintenance permits.
• Settles surface damages and ensures necessary access to company assets.
• Applies for and obtains encroachment/excavation permits and notifies governmental agencies, surface owners and other authorized organizations of proposed pipeline project impacts.
• Develops creative and comprehensive reimbursement agreements for line location/removal.
• Networks with other client business units on regional land issues as needed.
• Provides support during due diligence, acquisition and divestment of properties within asset portfolio.
• Acts as a liaison between client organization and private/public organizations.

Qualifications:

• Basic land/right of way exp in connection with pipeline infrastructure projects
• Experience working w/ surface use agreements, pipeline ROW and surface title
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience performing land or right of way acquisition or analysis of linear pipeline assets a plus!
