Status: Full-Time, On-site

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with system architects, software architects, design analysts, and others to understand business or industry requirements.
• Develop data models for applications, metadata tables, views or related database structures.
• Develops SQL procedures, views, & UDFS
• Create mission critical software with all necessary error handling
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience

• Writing Transact-SQL Stored Procedures
• Performance Tuning
• Error handling via TRY/CATCH with event logging
• Locking/block management
• Experience in SSIS, SSRS and Service Broker
• Healthcare experience and /or knowledge of HL7 required
• Experience with MS Team Foundation Server is a plus
• Experience working with Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure is a plus
• Experience with C#

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
