Job Description

Management at Jersey Mike's is both the face of the brand to customers and provides fair, empathetic, and supportive leadership for our teammates. Across stores, General Managers will work as a team to ensure growth in the market, welcoming and inclusive service to all, and a consistent product in-line with Jersey Mike's brand values and customers' expectations.

Basic Requirements:

● Strong communication and customer service skillset

● Motivated, friendly, welcoming demeanor

● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

● Leadership experience and proven ability to lead teams

● Fast learner, adaptive, and willing to take on new responsabilities

● Foodservice management experience is preferred but not required

● Upholds and models policies, procedures, and guidelines established by Jersey Mikes' for the teammates they lead

● Represents Jersey Mike's as a pillar of the community in the markets in which we operate

Keep in Mind our Managers also need to:

● Respond to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect the brand ● Display consistent and level judgement under pressure

● Train, coach, and evaulate teammates based on performance

● Oversee financial and sales performance for location

● Ensure compliance with all state and local labor and food safety laws as well as Jersey Mike's corporate policies on food safety, handling, and sanitation to ensure health and safety of customer and employees

Compensation

● Starting Avg. Total Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

● Compensation and incentives are market and performance driven.
