Job Description

American Crafts is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our information technology systems and operations. You will work closely with our third-party IT contractor and other departments to ensure that our technology supports our business objectives and improves efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and maintain information technology systems, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Implement and develop IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of systems.
• Plan and execute technology projects.
• Resolve IT-related business issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and team leadership.
