Hardman's is seeking an Inventory Specialist with a passion for perfection to count inventory, reduce inventory variances, and manage product locations. You will use our ERP and POS systems to research discrepancies and use analytical/logic skills to find the root cause. Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
- Travel is required to our Spencer, Ripley, and Mineral Wells stores. (Company vehicle is provided).
- Your skills will be essential as we move to a new building in Spencer and add more inventory.
- Count inventory and maintain inventory locations with both count sheets and the RF gun.
- Use inventory functions PIP and RPI to update counts.
- Change item locations, create count sheets and edit counts. Finalize counts using RPI.
- Keep all bin labels and price tags up to date.
- Investigate missing inventory and make corrections.
- Use the distributor website to find vendors and look up items.

Education: Minium High School graduate or GED
Experience: Prior inventory management experience preferred.
Physical and Environmental Demands: This is a physically demanding position. You will need to count/scan all items, both high and low shelving, as well as lift/move up to 50 lbs. Bend, stoop, or squat to floor level on a repetitive basis. Stand or sit for long periods of time, up to four hours. You will work inside and outside in all seasons.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
