We are growing, expanding many of our service offerings, and looking for an Inventory Control Specialist (ICS) to join our team at our brand new hospital in Redwood City!!
Inventory Control Specialist (ICS)
Inventory Control Specialists procure, receive, track, and report on clinical and pharmaceutical materials utilizing Cubex and other inventory control systems and methods. From ordering, storage, stocking, maintenance, loading and shipment, the ICS is an integral part of the SAGE Team. Do you love doing rewarding work? Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and working a minimum of two years in an accounting/bookkeeping, inventory management, and computer database environment(s).Experience with managing inventory in a veterinary or other clinical environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications. Proficiency in the navigation of the internet, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Proficient in inventory control fundamentals and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written. Able to actively listen, understand needs and requests, and respond in a timely manner. Ability to receive and provide feedback.
  • Able to work both independently and in a group setting.
Duties:
  • Responsible for ordering all clinical supplies from designated vendors
  • Manage minimum and maximum order points based on usage
  • Daily receive, unpack, and restock hospital with clinical supplies.
  • Controlled drug reconciliation and reporting
  • Ordering supplies and medications for entire hospital
  • Manage hospital for all Cubex (Inventory Control System) related issues including maintenance, training and general oversight.

  • Full-Time
