Position: Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager

Location: French Camp, CA

Specialty: Surgery - PACU

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4x10 - No weekends!

*Duration: Permanent

Pay: Up to $148k annually

Responsibilities:

• Supervising staff and assist in managing the unit
• Assisting with planning and implementing staff schedules
• Evaluating performance of assigned personnel
• Participating with clinical staff working with patients and families through teaching and counseling
• Evaluating total nursing needs in planning, coordinating, and administering total patient care
• Attending workshops, lectures, conferences, and classes

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse License in the state of California
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• At least two years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital PACU
