Opportunity

We’re expanding our RiskExec business through market growth and product innovation, and are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help onboard and train clients on our sector-leading SaaS platform. This position can be remote or in person at our Knoxville, Tennessee office.

Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Start the client experience right with professional engagement and communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Collaborate with sales, professional services, technical and customer success colleagues to manage the process beginning in the sales cycle to taking clients live on RiskExec and supporting them
  • Combine modest technical understanding with firm management and rigorous process. This is a hands-on position, dealing with secure file transfer, mapping of one or more data sources using our dynamic importer or other tools, following up with clients on missing data or formats, educating and informing clients and internal stakeholders on the process, and training users on the software
  • Effectively communicate to the client what we need from them in order to move forward with building their import formats. For larger assignments, able to go onsite and manage a process with client resources with professional project management, deliverable definition, and status tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication skills as you will be managing the implementation during the onboarding process directly with the client
    • Walk a client through the entire lifecycle of implementation from start to finish - teaching the client how to upload data, effectively communicate to clients the requirements of their data, etc
    • Answer support related questions as they pertain to the onboarding process
    • Able to function and manage independently
  • Support training and implementation through various forms and mediums - e.g., on phone, through ticketing system, by creating self-help materials to go into our help databases accessible by client
  • Work comfortably with different technologies to learn our software, read and analyze data quality, and build data importers for clients to transform it to the RiskExec data structures
  • Over time will be able to take on broader technical and user support responsibilities

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ Years experience working in industry and software environments (preferably cloud based SaaS)
  • Proven ability to manage projects of moderate complexity with multiple stakeholders
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage banking and/or compliance in the areas of CRA, HMDA or Fair Lending
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Multi-tasker and well organized - able to work on various implementations at a time
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Technical confidence and competencies - facile with data sets and the use of excel for management / analysis / upload of data. (Experience with .NET, UI/UX platforms is a plus but not required)
  • Experience working with customer and technical ticketing solutions - Zendesk and Jira
