We are looking for an Office Administrator who will serve in a dual role providing support to our IT team by managing laptop needs, and basic office/facilities duties to maintain our HQ in Rosslyn. This is a full-time role requiring onsite work in our Rosslyn, VA office 4 days a week; only candidates in the DC Metro Area will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office space by organizing and executing office operations and procedures, maintaining supplies, placing orders, and execution of clerical functions.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing processes and procedures for office management (supply orders, distributing incoming mail, office access card maintenance and distribution).
  • Provide hospitality and general support to employees, tenants, and visitors.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments/event planning and preparation (lunch orders for team meetings, conference room IT support (help users connect to presentation screens)).
  • Establish a positive office environment through leadership, employee development, and “can do” attitude.
  • Issue and track company provided devices, such as laptops.
  • Configure hardware and software for local workstations (training provided).
  • Assist with IT functions for new employees to ensure new workstations are functioning properly.
  • Continue to learn and expand knowledge base to allow for professional growth within the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years in an administrative, customer service, Tier 1 IT, or similar role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Schedule flexibility to be onsite as needed for new hires, departing employees, meetings, and office events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Prior experience with IT tier 1 support
  • Past office management, administrative or assistance experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

$20 - $22 an hour

This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
