The Human Resource Administrator will oversee and coordinate all personnel activities including maintenance of personnel records, payroll, disciplinary actions and benefit administration. This position will be responsible for the recruitment efforts of all vacant positions within the agency and will provide orientation and training to new and ongoing staff. This position will be required to obtain CPR/First Aid Instructor Certifications, Defensive Driver Instructor Certifications and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Instructor Certifications.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
