Teri's Health Services is seeking an HR Generalist who will be our benefits, eligibility, and payroll specialist. Teri's Health Services is an agency serving patients receiving medical and behavioral health services and care. We serve adolescent, child, and adult popultions and work across Arizona. We are passionate about growth and ways to help and serve the Arizona community.
The right person for this position will be highly organized, team oriented, compassionate in working with people, quick in work speed, ethical, and holds themselves with integrity in their work setting. We utilize ADP for payroll so we are seeking someone to join our team who has extensive knowledge of ADP already. This person must have a history of payroll and benefits positions and can provide references to showcase their history of skills and ability.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20-30 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
Job Functions:
* Recruiting, interviewing, hiring
* Assist with processing all new hires
* Assist with disciplinary actions and track these actions
* Assist in keeping employee files up to date including certifications, licenses, etc.
* Provide weekly updates to HR Manager/CEO/COO
* Assist in managing Holiday, PTO, Sick time balances
* Assist with employee complaints
* Assist with Payroll and Benefits
EXPECTATIONS
* Organized and self- motivated
* Professional and ability to handle situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Work with under stress and deadlines
* Great time management
* Strong communication skills
* Experienced in basic software programs such as microsoft and ADP (preferred)
* Understanding of policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS (preferred)
2 years or more in similar setting and job setting
2 year with ADP workforce experience minimum
HR certification preferred or a bachelors degree in HR
Fingerprint clearance card - level one (you have to be able to acquire this)
submit to background check
submit three references: 2 past supervisors and 1 peer employee
submit to random drug screenings
pay is negotiable and will include performance based increased after 90 days.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
