If you are looking for a change of pace and an enviornment that is both rewarding and exciting then the Courtyard by Marriott, Columbus West/Hilliard is looking for you! We are seeking exceptional guest service associates that have a true hospitality personality! Prior customer service and or hotel experience is preferred but not required and we believe in hiring an attitude and teaching them the business. Starting pay is based on previous experience and we are willing to pay more for Marriott/Fosse experience (at least 6 consecutive months).

We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time associates and the shifts we are hiring for currently are:

1st Shift: 7am-3pm

2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

Front Desk agents must be able to stand on their feet, without sitting, for 8 hour shifts. Must have exceptional people skills and work well in a fast paced environment with little supervision at times.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, and excels at being part of a team and also working alone. Previous hotel front desk experience preferred (but not required) and will be compensated accordingly. Our company is growing so advancement opportunities will be available to the right candidates.

All front desk agents are trained to assist in The Bistro as needed and are available to receive tips while helping in The Bistro.

***$15.00-$18.00 based on experience ($17-$18 for Marriott/Fosse experience)
