This is a Full Time Permanent role working Mondays - Fridays only!

Job Description:
- Developing Care Plans
- Monitor and Assess Patient Health in Accordance with Care Plan
- Oversee LPNs
- Assisting Patients in Daily Living
- Documentation
Job Requirements:
- Valid RN License in State
- 1 Year Clinical Experience (Post Grad/Externship)
- Hospice or other Relevant Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $97,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
