Full Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Hair Stylist (Goldwell preferred) to join

our team. Are you an energetic, enthusiastic, and driven self-starter, that strives

for excellence, that is ready to grow, in a drama free environment?

This position will work with our current team of talented stylists, customer care personnel and spa team. We have a full marketing driven back end which will provide a book of appointments. We are active in the community and host fun themed events for client appreciation and staff.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

• Standard Operating Procedures. Perform services for clients, following protocols, with the goal of providing effective services that follow State Regulations
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• Provide Excellent customer service including consultation.
• Record Management. Adhere to a process of our booking system learning our client management system
• Administrative/Training/ Attend all trainings as required
• Maintaining current State PA License
• Inventory Management
• Sales and Productivity/ Contribute to the growth and productivity of the salon by meeting set sales goals
• Professional, positive, energetic attitude

Required Qualifications:

• Must have direct, hands-on experience including color, cut, and styling
• Experience in hair extensions and fantasy colors is a plus
• Must possess an unencumbered license active in the State of PA and have a clear disciplinary history record
• Must display a willingness to work in a rapidly scaling environment, and to work collaboratively with other staff
• Must be a self-starter and drive significant impact with limited direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work in a collaborative, positive environment
• Comfort with computer systems and retail sales processes. General computer, smartphone, and tablet familiarity are required
• CRM appointment booking consent form experience, and appointment booking experience is preferred.

General Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous Hair Salon service and selling experience (1+ years), and previous AVEDA (or similar) product selling experience
• Bring energy and passion to the role; support a positive team culture
• Take ownership of responsibilities and initiatives; remain engaged with management, identify, and communicate potential challenges
• Reliable and responsible for scheduled work shifts; arrive on time for shifts including evenings and weekends
• Present and always reinforce appearance and dress code standards
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential problems
• Participate in educational training and meetings (in-person/online/via phone)
• Follow and and adhere to Warm Springs employment manual
• This role provides client services, in-person, and requires flexible days, evenings, and weekends
• Scheduled for approximately 20-40 hours per week, depending on FT-PT needs
