Position: Graphics Editor
Graphics and Printing
Office of Operations and Support Services (OOSS)
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000

Position Summary:
The Editor’s primary role is to ensure that all products are consistent, accurate, and grammatically correct. The Editor also produces written content for the department and selected projects, assists in administrative matters, and performs basic design work, particularly that relating to MGA citations. Other duties may include assisting with customer service tasks, telephone messaging and transferring, producing proofs for customers to review, performing quality checks on proofs and completed jobs, preparing reports on office projects, logging and tracking jobs via the online Print Request System, working with the various office machines (including printers, scanners, and fax machines), and managing paperwork and files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Capable of working with various office machines, including fax machines, scanning equipment, copiers, and printers
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully under pressure, communicate professionally and handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of skill and judgment and successfully function in a team environment
- Availability for extended overtime and shift work (nights and weekends) as required to meet legislative deadlines.
