GRAPHIC DESIGNER

•

• Uphold our standards at all times and treat everyone with courtesy and respect
• Create exceptional and engaging social content, all the way from ideation to execution
• Utilize brand assets to design marketing collateral, digital content, signage, emailers, menus, event packages and more
• Execute menu updates for all restaurants, including special events (holiday menus, features, wine, dessert, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and manage multiple digital projects concurrently
• Adhere to design standards and guidelines; deliver in accordance with deadline
• Assist in the ideation of new and unique content visuals

• 
  3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• Fully understand and embody PLANTA’s can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, which includes working closely with the marketing team as well as events, operations and leadership
• A proactive team player that embodies our spirit of entrepreneurship and mutual respect
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative portfolio showing a range of projects you’ve concepted and designed
• Specific skills/experiences required: video editing, layout design, Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Premiere/After Effects. Illustration and motion graphics are a plus
• Deadline-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and uber-creative!
• Informed and well thought-out opinions with a willingness to listen and problem solve
• An obsession with culture, food, tech and a perfectly crafted Internet meme
• Understand work-life integration and appreciate that work may be required on evenings and weekends in order to support content creation, as well as display the support we have for our phenomenal restaurant teams
