Push Productions is seeking a Graphic Designer/Customer Service Rep to join our team!

We’re looking for a talented, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team full-time. This candidate must possess strong Sales & Customer-Service skills in addition to being a Graphic Designer. We’re looking for a candidate that glows with energy, has a strong personal drive, and has a passion to go above and beyond to succeed.

Job description

The job will include but is not limited to; general graphic design, graphic design for Apparel, Signage and Print Materials, setting up online stores, retail customer service for walk-in customers, and client relations with existing customers.

The right person: will be a hard worker, that is comfortable managing projects with deadlines, and task oriented. Communication will be a strong requirement for this person. Being detail oriented, resourceful, and great at prioritizing. Being an experienced creative graphic designer that is positive and enjoys people will top our list.

Job Includes:

Communication - directly with clients, through email, phone, or in person
Graphic Design - working with Adobe Creative Suite, to create vector-based graphics
Customer Service - working with customers closely to gain their vision and create personalized graphic design individual projects.

Pre-production Artwork – oversight on graphics and printing separations for screen printing production

Job Set-up – completing paperwork for customer approval and production staff
Retail / Sales – customer service for walk-in customers and client retention

Push Productions offers a small team environment with great coworkers, owner operator, and a positive work environment. Monday – Friday 8:30am- 5pm, no weekends, accumulative vacation/sick time, and team incentives program.
