Fabletics Inc./TechStyleOS is currently looking for a Coordinator, Global People Team to join the People Team’s Business Partner organization.

- 1-2 years of Coordinator experience, within People Team function preferred

- Independent thinker, direct communicator, willing to speak your mind respectfully

What you will do:
- Key support to the People Team Business Partner function
- Responsible for processing and maintaining accurate employee data in Workday
- Generate employee status change letters and other applicable employee documents
- Assist with onboarding, performance management and employee exit procedures and logistics
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development teams on current and future People Team activities
- Support in client group offsite and team event planning and logistics
- Liaise with Payroll department as needed
- Generate Workday reports and data review, as needed
- Ensures employee records and files are maintained accurately in Workday
- Reviews, identifies, and reports out on talent program participation and engagement data
- Is an advocate and model of healthy debate, direct communication, and low ego.
Where we are:
- This role will be hybrid, based at our El Segundo Headquarters 3-days a week

The annual base salary range for this position is from $50,310 to $73,810. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
