We are looking for a skilled Fryer who is willing to work with a team to produce our company's signature seafood products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with equipment that can become quite hot while still maintaining an upbeat attitude and a desire to learn and grow as a part of our team. The Fryer will be responsible to keeping our kitchen clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Fry various types of fish and seafood.
- Clean and maintain the fryer and frying machine.
- Check the quality of cooked products.
- Be familiar with the menu and recipes.
- Follow the hygiene procedures.
- Be familiar with all food-related health, safety, and sanitation laws.
