Front Desk Agent Job at LaQuinta inn & Suites Savannah-Airport
La Quinta Inn & Suites Savannah-Airport is seeking experienced front desk clerk for SECOND SHIFT ONLY. The position requires someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform duties with accuracy in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work with computers, use common office equipment, and answer multi-line phone system.
Duties include but not limited to: -Making Reservations -Checking guest in/out of hotel -Assigning rooms for incoming guest -Collecting and processing guest payments -Providing excellent customer service to the standards
Applicants need to have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shift is 2pm - 10pm. Previous hotel experience preferred and a good knowledge of Pooler is very helpful. Please reply with resume or APPLY IN PERSON AT THE HOTEL.
