Front Desk Administrator

Job Duties:

This position is responsible for Aurora’s first impression and continued “Aurora experience” to prospects, clients, vendors, and trade professionals by ensuring visitors are greeted and received professionally, that phones are answered and messages delivered in a timely way, the showroom is neat and well maintained, and deliveries are managed appropriately.

Work with the team: You stay in contact with the operations manager and are the hub of information for a growing design and remodeling company.

Job Requirements:

You want to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn as much as possible. You’re open to new experiences and using them to create processes to make things run more smoothly.

You’re ready to work: You are organized and can handle working in a fast-past and varied environment. You have good communication and follow up skills. You are motivated and will not wait to be told what to do, you will just get them done. You will

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
