Job Description:

You would be working inside of our corporate messaging account, communicating with leads as they message us from our ads. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with one of our sales team. You have the ability to earn a set hourly wage plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments in online scheduler (Acuity)

• Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.

• Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).

• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

• Confirm appointments that have been booked

Requirements:

• Outgoing & Positive Personality

• Proficient in Google office, Email, Microsoft Office

• High Level of Experience using Facebook and Instagram

• Some experience in the fitness industry is a plus

• Sales experience a plus

• Must be personable and used to speaking with people

• Must attend weekly meetings

Shift Schedules:

(All hours in CST)

Monday: Friday 6am-11am or 2:15pm-9:00pm CST
Every Other Saturday: 9am-4pm CST

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
