Finishing & Shipping 6:00am-2:30pm - paid weekly Job at Duo Safety Ladder
This is a 1st shift position from 6:00 am-2:30 pm. Paid weekly.
$16.00/hr. after 60 days is $16.50/hr. after 6months $17.50 and annual review based on merit.
We are looking for a mechanically inclined person for our Shipping/Receiving department. They will be:
- Building wood crates with table saw and staple gun.
- Preparing ladders for shipment (includes cleaning, applying stickers and/or cardboard)
- Read/understand diagrams and shop prints.
- Complete Bills of Ladings
- Load/unload trucks
- Operating a forklift
Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, controls, and walk. The employee is continuously required to reach with hands and arms, bend/twist, and push/pull.
The employee must continuously lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or carry objects between and infrequently lift and/or move objects between 50 and 75 pounds. Assistance will be required in lifting and/or carrying objects over 75 pounds.
