Job Description:

Position: Finance Director

Location: Amherst, Ohio(onsite for first 6 months, then hybrid schedule)

Duration: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance and accountingIndustrial manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in a financial position
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Knowledge of accounting software (Onestream, etc) and strong excel skills
• Must be open to 15-20% travel

PLUSSES:

• Experience working in a large public organization ($300 million division)
• Sarbanes-Oxley experience
• MBA and/or CA/CPA and/or CMA

Day to Day: The Finance Director will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and maintaining adequate internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies. They will be providing financial analysts and support, process improvements, sales trend analysis, analysis of budgets, partnering with business management while managing strategic direction, appraising operating results in terms of costs, budgets, policies of operations, trends and driving increased profit opportunities. They will also be responsible for overseeing all operational areas effecting the business globally, including Planning and Forecasting, Asset Management, Manufacturing /Costing, and ad hoc analysis as required. Finally, they will have 3 direct reports in the US and 1 in the Netherlands that they will be interacting with daily and assisting with tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $155,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
