Opportunity:

We are looking for a New Homes Field Trainingand Quality Manager (“Training Manager”) to excel on our growing New Construction Solar Team!

The Training Manager will work directly and closely with our New Homes Crew Leads, Installers, and Field Techniciansto ensure that the Citadel installation and commissioning requirements and practices are understoodandimplemented in the field.

Our product solutions currently include Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla Powerwall, and Enphase IQ Batteries.

The Training Manager will be the right-hand person of the Filed Ops Director and responsible for the overall installation quality of the crews.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure thefield crews have been properly trained for all types of installations.

· Ensure thefield techs have been properly trained for all types of commissionings.

· Ensure all company safety and quality standards are understood.

· Spend ample time with the crews and field techs in the field, overseeing field work and providing hands-on training and guidance for best install practices.

· Perform random quality audits of all crews work and provide feedback to team.

· Identify knowledge and skill deficiencies in the field and (help) develop training measures thataddress the deficiencies.

· Plan and host classroom training session if and as needed. Ensure crews and field techs are trained and have easy access to training materials.

· Provide monthly training points for field team and ensure that training guidelines are being updated.

· Ensure all new hire employees have gone through proper training before going out to work with crews at all levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excitement to work with the crews in the field (and on roofs as necessary).

· Fluent inboth English and Spanish

· Ability to train field teams and create excitement.

· Ability to hold field teamsaccountable for quality execution.

· 5+ years of hands-on solar installation and troubleshooting experience.

· Knowledge of New Homesconstruction (preferred).

· Good record keeping and organizational skills.

· Good Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

· Basic knowledge of NEC section 690 minimum
