Escape Room Operators

Escape Room Operators are our staff who run the escape rooms. Greet customers, take payments, check in customers and get waivers, run escape rooms, take customer photos, reset rooms and some cleaning. Your job is to create a fun customer experience! Attention to detail is imperative. Punctuality is a must because you sometimes will be at the facility alone and need to unlock lobby before customers arrive. Outgoing, friendly and team players are who we are looking for. Our part-time escape masters generally make $180-$450+/week depending on how much availability they have throughout the actual week and weekends.

Must be 21 years or older to work in this position because you must be able to sell alcoholic beverages when at the facility alone.

Do not apply unless you can work at least 2 weekends per month. Weekends mean Friday 5 or 6-11pm, Saturday 8am-11pm and Sundays 10am-9pm.

The Smash Rooms are growing in popularity! We are looking for awesome, fun and outgoing people who want to work at the smash rooms and axe throwing area. This position includes: Greeting customers, taking payments for smash tickets an axe throwing sessions, selling drinks, helping guests sign in on the waivers, assisting in getting customers suited up, giving customers safety instructions, monitoring the smash session to make sure customers are safe, teaching axe throwing techniques, cleaning up smash derbies afterwards, and restocking smash totes with breakables, keeping axe area picked up and fresh boards mounted for throwers.

Qualified candidates must:
1. Must be able to lift weight upwards of 25-50 pounds.
2. Must be outgoing and good with customer service!
3. Must be responsible and willing to be on call.
4. Must be able to work at least 2 weekends per month, and have some evening availability.
5. Must be reliable.
6. Must be able to work or be on call on some holidays.
7. Must be 18 years or older to work in Smash/Axe area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
