Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounting Representative

• Provide day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities and perform the month-end close
• Prepare and maintain timely monthly financial reports
• Perform financial duties including reviewing invoices and processing accounts payable

Job Requirements for Accounting Representative

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2+ years related finance/accounting representative experience
• Experience with financial software, quickbooks, excel, and word
