My Flooring Texas, dba My Flooring America, is currently looking for an entry level, results-driven Sales Manager for our Dallas/Fort Worth (Denton and The Colony) locations. Duties Include:

• Assist consumers to find best solution for their flooring needs in their homes
• Pursue opportunities from incoming showroom, phone inquiries, and web leads
• In-Home consultations and job scoping
• Detailed estimate creation and closing sales
• Overseeing the retail showroom and sales team
• Hands-on Managerial role that includes direct customer engagement.
• Desire to network in the local community.
• Effective at hiring and training new salespeople.
• Scheduling/coordinating measures for flooring specialists.

Responsibilities include:

• Written sales budgets
• Lead/quote generation & management
• Facilitate training as needed for flooring specialists
• Scheduling
• Showroom oversight and coverage

Requirements include:

• Willing to travel between Dallas and Houston as needed.
