About the Role:

The Region Sourcing Partner is responsible for sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews within a designated region for Aveanna Healthcare. This includes coordinating with hiring managers to determine staff needs, finding qualified candidates to fill open positions, conducting pre-screens with candidates to determine eligibility and working with the regional leadership team to provide qualified candidates for consideration.

Location: Hybrid schedule between home and Atlanta Office

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours

Compensation: $42,500, plus monthly bonus incentive

A Day in the Life:

Start your day with the autonomy to organize your daily tasks, sourcing efforts and calendar in order to hit your goals. That would entail outbound outreach, sourcing through our ATS and platforms, coordinating with your locations and teammates all for the purpose of hiring caregivers to provide clinical excellence to our patient population. Responsibilities of Regional Sourcing Partner:

• Post and update requisitions for staffing needs in areas designated by location.
• Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by state and location guidelines
• Cultivates relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork and credibility.
• Assists in the on-going support of our Applicant Tracking System.
• Achieve goals and metrics related to sourcing candidates for assigned locations.
