Entry Level Data Analyst Job at Data Trust
Summary: Data Trust, a dynamic political data organization focused on center-right leaning advocacy and support, is looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a desire to hone their technical skills to join our team as an entry-level data analyst. Being an independent learner and critical thinker is a must, and applicants with prior experience using Microsoft SQL will be given extra consideration.
This position is in-person in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL to clean, manipulate, and format raw voter data
- Analyzing and auditing processed data to ensure accuracy before it is sent to clients
- Auditing and maintaining of up-to-date consumer data
- Ability to diagnose or troubleshoot errors in SQL database or data flow process
- Research and implement new ways to further enhance product development
- Maximize use of downtime to broaden skill set and evaluate existing processes
- Dedicate significant time to learning about political data & technology
Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Preferred use or interest using Microsoft SQL.
- Experience with other programming languages (Python, R, Stata, SAS, etc.)
- Experience using technology to clean, manipulate, or analyze data
- Preferably campaign or other political/advocacy experience
- You love being part of a team, but can also operate independently
