Our international, growing company is seeking Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Be able to interpret and use visual information (graphics, images, icons, and text) to perform basic computer functions.
- Understand and follow instructions, respond to inquiries and in-coming calls, and enter data.
- Have good listening and speaking skills.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills, troubleshooting ability, and initiative.
- Be able to work on teams or independently as part of a group.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Work quickly under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.20 - $25.50 per hour
