Blue Sea currently provides services in-district and in-home to over 75+ School Districts in both Suffolk & Nassau Counties (Long Island). We are able to offer our providers competitive contract rates and flexibility in choosing your caseload and location, with full-time and part-time job opportunities available.

Responsibilities of a Blue Sea LBA/BCBA:

• Work collaboratively within school districts providing behavior intervention services, to students, teachers, faculty, and parents in relation to the individuals IEP requirements
• Complete assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Write reports as led by assessment, including treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans while incorporating goals set by the parents and school
• Coordinate ongoing cases, assess performance, and adjust as necessary
• Provide direct and indirect consultation to providers, teacher's aides/paraprofessionals, parents, and RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

Requirements:

• Licensed in the state of New York as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Billing Timeliness
• IEP Mandate Fulfillment
• Case Administration
• Timeliness of Reports
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
