Results Learning is hiring qualified reading tutors to work with diverse groups of kindergarten to 5th grade students to close the educational gap.

Tutoring takes place after-school Monday through Thursday from 2:30 to 5:00 at schools in Aurora, CO. Please apply if you are a certified teacher, Para-Educator, possess an education degree or have past teaching or tutoring experience. Successful candidates will possess the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers and have a true passion for helping learners reach their potential.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Experience working with small groups of elementary school students in math or reading
• Must be available a minimum of 2- or 3-days afterschool a week
• Experience teaching second language learners preferred, but not a must
• Teacher or Para certification preferred, but not a must
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to committ from November through May 2023

We Offer:

• $40.00 - $60.00 per hour for non-certified teachers
• $50.00 - $70.00 per hour for Colorado certified teachers
• Pay based on the number of students in a tutoring group and your qualifications
• Paid training
• 1.5 hr. programs run between the hours of 2:30 and 5:00
