ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER – DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Project Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is between $100,000 and $130,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Electrical Project Manager & Responsibilities
- Interact with Project Construction team (GC, Owner, Arch., Eng., etc.)
- Ensure that projects meet proper deadlines and customer expectations.
- Estimate costs for projects and changes to existing projects
- Contact vendors to purchase the necessary materials and expedite timely delivery. Monitor product delivery status.
- Prepare Subcontract Agreements (i.e., Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection, etc.)
- Process required project documentation and submit all company-required reports (Projected Costs, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Interact with project staff for subcontract issues, billing issues, pricing issues, schedule matters.
- Prepare Monthly Contract billings & be engaged in the collection process (Use of Textura, etc.)
- Expedite Job Closeout.
- Review Specifications, Drawings & the Subcontract to fully understand scope of work.
- Interact with customers, suppliers, subcontractors to obtain accurate information
- Working knowledge of estimating costs & changes in scope
- Perform other tasks as requested.
Electrical Project Manager Qualifications
- Five (5) years or more experience in the commercial electrical construction industry.
- Strong Math, Cognitive & Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Commercial Electrical Components & Applications (Light Fixtures, Panelboards, Receptacles, Generators, UPS, ATS, etc.)
- Read & Understand Blueprints (Arch. Structural. Mech., Electrical) Use of Bluebeam, Procore, etc.
- Use of PC, Word, Excel, etc.
- Accubid Estimating Software. Estimating experience
- Use of Chrome Drive & G-Mail Suite
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Journeyman License
