Educator Support Representative
Training Hours: 3-Week Training Period
About The Customer Support Representative:
Location:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquires through a mix of inbound calls and emails
- Must remain productive throughout shift
- Responsible for directing customers to resources available to them
- Responsible for helping with access related issues such as password reset, account issues, etc.
- Responsible for handling order and billing inquires
- Working with K-12 educators in primarily high school and middle school
- Must be able to use best judgement while supporting customers
- Willingness to assist
- Know when to have empathy and concern
- Always remain professional
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18
- Must have HS diploma or GED
- Successfully pass a background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service experience (1-2 years)
- Experience supporting educators preferred
- Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking skills – probing questions
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable with computers
