Degrees: Associates Licenses & Certifications: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate Additional Qualifications: Or an equiv. combination of education & experience, a minimum of three years‘ experience in Registration Computer system &/or experience in education. Must obtain Revenue Cycle Representative Cert (CRCR)within one year of hire. Cert preferred in Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Demonstrate knowledge & application of adult education principles, policies/practices. Demonstrate skills designing assessments/simulations. Demonstrate knowledge of learning theory,instructional strategies,curriculum standards, & assessments. Experience producing occupational & competency analyses. Extensive experience & knowledge of PC applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Highly organized & able to effectively maintain multiple initiatives while driving sustainable operational changes. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle (Patient Financial Services, Case Mgmt, HIM, etc.) workflow processes with emphasis in Patient Access. Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks as needed in a work environment with changing work needs. Ability to learn quickly & adapt to new technologies/software tools.High level of attention to detail. Self-motivation with an ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills in both customer/team interactions. Minimum Required Experience:

Description:
Independently conduct training classes for all newly hired employees requiring access to the registration application and mentor employees following the HIPAA, AHCA and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines for purposes of standardization, when needed. Serves as a Patient Access subject matter expertise in application implementation committee/meetings and participates in all Patient Access related application implementations.
Estimated salary range for this position is $61128 - $79466 / year depending on experience.
