About us:
As our name suggests, TINY HERO is someone you want in your corner. We have a blast making kick-ass movie trailers, TV Spots, and social content for some of the biggest studios and networks in the world!
Our recent work includes blockbuster titles such as: DR. STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS, THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER, and LIGHTYEAR, as well streaming hits like Disney+’s SHE-HULK and Apple TV+ breakouts PHYSICAL and TED LASSO. We are incredibly passionate about movie trailers and marketing and are hoping to find equally passionate editors for our Editorial Apprenticeship Program.

Show us your work– and if you have a natural talent – we’ll teach you to be the best and put you in the fast lane to becoming a professional trailer editor on the Tiny Hero team.
You must provide samples of your editorial creative (i.e links to your work) to be considered.
Apprenticeship:
- Shadow professional editors working on top-tier campaigns.
- Create Trailers and TV promos based on creative direction.
- Learn how to properly "breakdown" TV shows and movies for an editorial
campaign
- Learn how to rhythmically cut with music and elevate a cut with sound design
- Revise trailers and TV spots based on notes
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work on-site in our studio in Burbank, California.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, knowledge of Adobe After Effects a plus.
- Has a reel or samples of work that demonstrate creative, rhythmic editorial with
strong music and sound design.
- Able to prioritize tasks.
- Can check their ego at the door, is collaborative and works well with others, has
a good attitude.
- Functions well under stress, is adaptable, and thick skinned when projects
change direction.
- Strong passion and awareness for latest trends in the Film and TV marketing.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with high standards of quality.
- Willing and able to work occasional overtime hours as needed.
Experience:
Editing: 1 year (Preferred)
Ideal for PAs or AEs looking to make the jump into creative editorial, and anyone who loves to edit fan trailers or music videos for fun and wants to do it professionally!
