We are looking to add the most qualified candidate to our team to help our company grow in this booming e-commerce market. We would like someone who can manage our Marketplace accounts including Amazon, Ebay, and developing our online website.

eCommerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for implementing, executing, and managing storefront initiatives across multiple marketplaces to optimize product listings, increase product page views, and drive incremental revenue. Additionally, this Specialist will assist with marketplace compliance, listing quality, and seller rating experiences.

Job Duties & Requirements Include:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Develop full knowledge of the inventory items, products lists and more.
• Ability to handle many complex projects and orders at once, ability to handle pressure.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to help developing company's website and learn new software quickly and thoroughly
• Strong attention to detail combined with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
• Manage templates and integrations to marketplaces
• MS Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Preparation and processing of various reports and spreadsheets.
• Manage projects
• Must be a quick learner
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
• Attention to detail, organized, ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines, and reliability/dependability
• Processing and analyzing inventory data received.
• Conducting market research and compose reports to purchase department.
• Online Inventory control including receiving, drop-ship, fulfillment, tracking logistics.
• Assist in loading/creating new vendor product for ecommerce sites
• Heavy use of Excel data entry/manipulation.
• Manage pricing of online inventory to stay competitive across multiple marketplaces
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to house vendor data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
