8+ years of experience as an functional/ solution analyst
Strong experience/deep knowledge in Cisco commerce(CCW/ or CCWR)
Extremely strong communication
Ability to write user stories and work in an agile scrum model.
Previous experience working in IT teams liasoning with business and technical stakeholders
Provide the solution as per business requirement and work with development team for implementation.
Work with cross functional IT teams for all the dependency and In/Out bound services.
Hands-on on tools like Jira and agile reports
